We do a very limited amount of arcade equipment repair for other people. Our skill set is focused on games from 1978 to the modern era, targeting the early 80s to early 00s. We do not work on slot machines, electromechanical equipment, pachinko machines, or juke boxes. While these items share a lot of similar features with video arcade and pinball machines, they also have enough unique or specialized elements that we are unable to repair them. We do not perform cabinet repair work or full equipment restoration. We can apply/replace simple overlays and marquees.

The labor rate is $90 an hour billed in 20-minute increments. We can not guarantee a repair can be accomplished, or that the repair won't end up costing more than the value of the equipment. Due to the nature and age of these machines, there is no warranty on labor or parts outside of that offered by any parts suppliers.

There are two location options for having work done. Either we can come to your location, or the equipment can be transported to our facility.

Your location:
A charge of $90 to visit your location for an evaluation/repair, plus the hourly rate of $90 billed in 20-minute increments. Locations in Atascadero is $50 plus the hourly rate of $90 billed in 20-minute increments. All on-site work gets paid out at the end of each visit regardless of the repair's status.

Our Facility:
Equipment can be dropped off at Mr. Putters Family Fun Center in Atascadero for repair work. We are able to accommodate one outside project at a time. It is $90 for us to pick up equipment and transport it back to our location from within San Luis Obispo County. Large/oversize/difficult loading/unique pick up or unique equipment may incur additional charges. Labor is $90 an hour, billed in 20-minute increments. Billing is due upon pick-up or return of equipment. Failure to coordinate pick up within 30 days may result in the equipment being forfeited to Mr. Putters Family Fun Center to cover the costs of the repair effort.

We do rent out our equipment for weddings, parties, special events, etc. Rentals are for the day. Delivery and pick up are handled by Mr. Putters FFC.

Rental rates per day
Pinball machines: $300
Classic arcades: $200
Photo Booth: $200 plus print costs. $3 a print pre-purchased in 25-unit increments. $4 a print for any prints over the pre-purchased amount.

Rentals are subject to game and personnel availability. All equipment must be located inside a building for the duration of the rental.

Due to the physical space limitations of our location, normal parties are limited to 20 guests. This allows for comfortable seating for the party while accommodating the general public. Groups with more than 20 guests should email to create a party plan to accommodate their group.

Groups of over 50 people generally require special planning and closing our location to the public to accommodate your event. Please email us at with as much detail as possible so we can work with you to create a plan for your party.

That includes throwing, chasing, and excessively rowdy behavior.
